2. Acceptance of These Terms

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 How Credits Work

Certain features of AGarageNearMe.co.uk require credits. Credits are a prepaid digital token that you purchase in advance and spend as you use the Service. Credits are denominated in pounds sterling (GBP).

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased through our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. By purchasing credits, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Non-Refundable Nature of Credits

Credits are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law (including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) or as set out in our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

4.4 Expiry

Credits do not expire provided your account remains active. We reserve the right to introduce an expiry policy with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

• We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made based on information presented on AGarageNearMe.co.uk.
• We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated or aggregated content.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
